1. Online Store Ordering & Delivery

Fresh Roasting Commitment

We adhere to a “roast-to-order” policy. All coffee beans are roasted only after we receive your order, ensuring you enjoy the freshest possible flavor. Orders will be packed and shipped within 2 days after the roasting date.

Shipping Methods

We offer SF Express, Hong Kong Post, and other delivery services. You may also choose to pick up your order in person at our store.

Pricing & Order Confirmation

We strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you promptly to confirm or cancel the order.

II. Online Store Return Policy

Coffee Beans & Drip Bags (Food Items)

Coffee beans and drip bags are fresh-roasted food products with a limited shelf life. Opened, used, or items past the 7-day inspection period will not be accepted for return. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for unopened products with significant defects, incomplete packaging, or incorrect items.

General Return Conditions:

• Unopened Condition: Products must remain brand new, unopened, with intact labels and original packaging.
• 7-Day Period: Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Late submissions will not be processed.
• Food Hygiene & Shelf Life: Coffee beans have a recommended consumption period. Opened packages, ground coffee, or returns due to personal taste preferences will not be accepted.

Exceptions (Eligible for Return/Exchange):

• Severely damaged packaging or air leakage upon receipt.
• Incorrect item or specification received.
• Quality defects in the product itself (e.g., spoilage or foreign objects).

Non-Perishable Items (e.g., Coffee Equipment)

Accessories such as drippers, gooseneck kettles, and other brewing tools may be returned or exchanged within 7 days, provided they are unused and in their original, intact packaging.

Shipping Costs

• For product defects or incorrect items: Shipping costs will be borne by Reyach Coffee Roastery.
• For personal reasons (where applicable): Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Refund Processing

Once a return/exchange request is approved, refunds will generally be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

III. Coffee Course Registration & Refund Policy

Cancellation by Student

If a student needs to cancel a course registration for personal reasons, a full refund of paid fees will be granted for cancellation requests submitted 14 days or more before the course start date. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your course name and student name to initiate the refund process. Course Cancellation (by Reyach Coffee Roastery)

If a course cannot proceed as scheduled due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, sudden instructor unavailability) or insufficient enrollment, we will notify students as soon as possible and issue a full refund of all fees paid. Students may also choose to transfer their paid fees to another course, with any price difference adjusted accordingly.

Additional Notes

• Cancellations Within 14 Days: Cancellation requests submitted less than 14 days before the course start date will not be refunded. However, please contact us, and we will consider rescheduling or transferring your spot to another participant.
• Absenteeism: Students who are absent on the course day will not be eligible for a refund or make-up session.
• Course Changes: Reyach Coffee Roastery reserves the right to adjust course content, schedule, and instructor arrangements. Any changes will be communicated to students in advance.
