Waterfall Natural: The coffee cherries are sealed in bags and fermented for 48 hours, after which they are placed beneath a natural waterfall, allowing the flowing waterfall water to continuously wash over the fruit, thereby combining the sweetness of the natural (dry) process with the clean characteristics of the washed process.
